1. ORDERING & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Can I change or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing service@ivolune.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
How do I know if my order was successful? You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?

How can I track my package? Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or on our "Track Order" page.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We proudly ship our premium kitchenware to customers worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your address.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We want you to love your home. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at service@ivolune.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
