1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer transparent shipping options calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7–12 business days (Contiguous U.S.).

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select regions (approx. 3–7 business days).

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount (as specified in our current site-wide promotions).

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Tracking Number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You can track your order directly on our website via the [Track Your Order] page or through the carrier's portal.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ivolune is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at service@ivolune.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. DELAYS & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to high volume, customs processing, or extreme weather.

If you receive a damaged item, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the package.
